Where's my Design View gone? 1

I posted a webpage which is showing fine from the remote server, and also from my own localhost. However I later came to edit it and find that it just appears as a double dotted line in Design View of my DWmx2004 and none of the images or text can be seen. I can't make out why the image of the page is not showingin DW, whilst it appears fine in the browsers.
If anyone could help out the URL is:

usually missing image indicates that is has not been uploaded to live server or its location\path has changed in the local page.
when u double-click on the image or the path, does the image open with your viewer of choice?

lebisol, thanks for your help, but I'm not quite following you...Can you ask the question in a different way?
In the meantime I have posted the code of the page at

As I said before, the same code that looks so flat in DW comes out fine in the browsers at

Oh I see,you have an issue with tables and nesting....
remove the "outter table all together"
remove:
<table width="98%">
<tr>

....
....
..

and
<td height="252"></td>
</tr>
</table>


Not sure what design you are after but this cleared up the gui issue. I would remove unused (I ssume for look and padding) columns and use CSS to achive the look.
Also, include file (keyboard menu) not sure what the code is in there but it may be causing the conflict.
You got little "table happy" that's all!

I'm having the same issue with this - and have removed the table - so it's ONLY the include statement.

The include works, the page works - but the design view is gone - and all I see is trash from my include (instead of the page and graphics, etc - design view.

Was there ever any resolution on this?

not sure that SSI things have improved...so, yes ssi will kill the wysiwyg editor so I would add this as last step.
