Hi,

I have an Exchange 2000 server with SP3. On reading I found that From SP1 Mailbox Manager is included, used through Recipient Policy. When I create a new Recipient Policy I do not get the option of choosing Mailbox Manager. Any Ideas why, do I need to install it from somewhere???

Thanks

you need to change the property pages on the recipient policy to add the mailbox manager options.

I may be being a bit thick but where do I change these properties?

maybe i should be a bit more specific...it's not that you should right click on "Recipient Policy" itself, but rather the Default Recipient Policy in the right pane...

Yeah, I got that. When I right click any of the recipient policies I get:

Apply this ploicy now
All Tasks
Delete
Refresh
Properties
Help

No Change Property Pages

Properties just gives me the properties of the policy...???
