IS-IT--Management
Good morning all. I find myself in a position I have never been in before. After working on Avaya/Lucent/AT&T stuff for over 26 years I am getting pressure to learn our new MM setup. It seems we have new upper level management that wants "an expert" on MM. Normally I learn as I go and usually become pretty good on everything we have.
As most of you know with all the comes with a telecomm unit. You become good at most over time but never have enough time with one product to become what I call an expert. But I am sure you guys have never heard or experienced this before.
Ok now that the semi rant is over (thanks BTW) where would be a good starting place? I was pretty much told if they need to bring in "an expert" let them know. I think good luck on that one..
Thanks for the help guys..
When is the last time you helped someone, just because you were able to?
