Where would I find a Nortel option

Where would I find a Nortel option 61c tech to help me troubleshoot my callpilot elan problem?
I have re-booted many times and tested the call pilot card 201i and all test good.
The switch information is below. Every thing comes up and I can ping switch to callpilot and back. There was no default route in load 117 and I am not sure there needs to be.
Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

You should need a route configuring. Please refer to the attached link as I did a basic guide on this a while ago.

Thanks for the reply's. I replaced the CallPilot card NTRH30AA and transferred the hard drive and dongle. I had some issues with getting the ELAN to start. Blue caller router service was DOA. After a DISC and ENLC in LD 32 I re-ran the callpilot configuration and it came up. I then enabled the DS30 ports in the callpiot manager maintenance admin and rebooted the server. It is now working great.

A couple of questions I have, 1. the card is still showing critical on the NTRH30AA led window. 2. Is the AML needed for call pilot and if not should I remove it and how?

I still get alarms that are troubling:
