Where to program in BARS to allow 10 digits local call

Could somebody help to show me where in the switch overlays that allow me to dial local number with 10 digit dial. I have 3 switches but the other two can but only the third one can not and could not find where the differences in configuration are.

As soon as I dialed 9 1 415 (area code) I got fast busy tone.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

look at a local number you can call..

ld 90

nxx, npa or spn..

not the rlb..

then
ld 90

rlb x (to match a working local..

if you don't have a local npa or nxx you'll need to be a rlb in 86

If you use AC1(LD) and AC2(local) You add the area code of the area to the Local AC2

AC1 "8"
AC2 "9"

TRAN ac2 (This is my "9" for local calls)

RLI 80 (This is the RLI you use for local calling)
SDRR NONE
ITEI NONE

You only have to input the area codes that are of free calling.

If you are calling a local 10 digit # you wouldn't be dialing 1 would you.
