i've read, that the best is to install 3rd party software on d:
can i install all components of SAV CE9(SSC,symantec antivirus centre, quarintine server live-update) on d:....?

Not all of it. There will always be some things (like virus definitions) that reside on C:, although you can specify where most of it goes during install. But as long as you have a reasonable amount of disk space (reasonable == 400MB+) free on drive C, it shouldn't ever be a problem.
