Good afternoon all,

Does anyone know where I can purchase NEW Hipath 40 T, 40G phones?

I heard that they are no longer being made and our only alternative is to buy "refurbished" phones.
That sounds bad for a site that just finished installing a HiPath 4000 system.

Users want new phones not refurbished.

Also, what phones are taking the place of the 40 G or 40T phones that will work with the HiPath 4K v7 system?

Thanks

The refurbised ones don't seem to bother us any - they clean them up pretty good and most would never know the difference. I buy mine from Black Box resale and they put a warranty on them as good or better than the factory warranty. The only "new" stuff I bought was when I first bought the system, otherwise everything is refurb. Before the 4K I was buying refurb 9006 phones from them and not having any issues with those either. One thing I would suggest (even with new) is to know how to be sure the software is up to date. Especially if you are buying "new" phones, because you are likely getting warehouse stock that has been sitting on the shelf a long time.
