Unfortunately you will have to call Microsoft to get this, however, the “Usually” don’t charge for the call. I am not with Microsoft so I can not guaranty that they will not charge you. I have other customers who have called to get it and were not charged.
BTW, there is an updated fix for the issue, Q822428, but I don’t know if they will give it to you. If they don’t the old one should work.
