I have downloaded the maintenance console and installed it.But after that I tried to connect my computer to the tda 100 through the usb but I saw the error message EA04201 Driver soft not found.Am using windows xp on my computer.
Please what can I do next.

check system manager and see if the usb driver is installed or has a yellow triangle on it when the usb is connected to the system

if not installed just run install driver and point to the folder you saved during installation

USB Driver issue? My old KX-TAW848 (now departed) needed a special USB driver under Win XP. I don't know about Win 7. This is an old document but:
