I have a table (basically WTD, MTD, and YTD totals) that is built thru a query from other tables. I need to change the criteria on what is selected to be added to the totals. However, I don't know what other queries might use the table to be changed. Is there an easy way to find out in what queries a table is used?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

has a ms access database analyzer that is a pretty good tool. From what I remember it shows dependancies in the database. Take a look at the product.

LonnieJohnson, a long time veteran of Tek-Tips, very recently posted a thread that did exactly this....see thread705-612827

Thanks R.L. Johnson for the tip on another thread.

actually, Thread705-612827 only checks the SAVED queries which reference a table. This inquiry would require a through search of the objects in the db. For commercial analyzer products, I am only aware of 'Speed Ferret', which is widely advertised to have this capability. There are several references to third party 'freebies' which do at least a large part of these functions in these fora, so a search is recommended.

Rick Fisher's Find n Replace does this, too. It's cheaper, than speed ferret, but it has fewer features. I've used FnR for years, and won't go to a client site without it. I used Speed Ferret years ago and loved that, too. FnR is at rickworld.com.
