Where, oh, where does IIS store its documents?

I have SBS 2003. My system crashed and I had to rebuild it. I have backups of the intranet but can't figure out where to find the documents I had in the old version, to restore them to the new version. Does anybody know where SBS IIS stores its documents?

the default is %SystemDrive%\inetpub\

Yes, thats where I'd expect them to be but they aren't. I used the upload method on the companyweb homepage with comes with SBS and now I can't find the files. They appear to have disappeared into no where and the only clue I can find is a file called "allitems.aspx" in the browser navigation bar when I click on the link.
