I am trying to get my head around how the voicemail system works on this CME 8.6 install.
All evidence points the location of voicemail to their exchange server however on this server I cannot find any evidence of Unity or 999 withing Exchanges Unified Messaging. I can see to Auto Attendants and mailboxes but cant work out how when they dial 999 from their phone, they can access voicemail and listen to the prompts, play delete messages etc.
