Where is this tool

Quick one here. In MS Paint (which is not a graphics editor by the way) has a Pick Color tool that when you select an area of a jpeg or whatever, it matches that color and you can use that color.

Where in Photoshop is this tool????
I really need to match certain colors in pictures and theres no way to know the exact RGB.

The eyedropper tool does what you want.

Press "I" on the keyboard and you will see the area on the toolbar where it is. It might be hidden though so press Shift+I until it shows up. Or just click and hold on the area in the toolbar and then select the tool.
