Where is this CDP Call Failing? 3

[GHTROUT]

I can dial the Route Access Code and then 14143262725, and the Avaya phone rings. The Avaya phone extn is 14143262725

The route is a QSIG route between the CS1000 and the Avaya CM

If I create a CDP DSC of 2725, and reference a DMI that DEL 0 and INST 1414326, the call hangs for 7 seconds nd returns fast busy. DCH Mon tells me the call never made it to the QSIG Route

Where is the call being blocked?

Is it possible you need a value at the FLEN prompt for the number of digits being dialed?

YOU NEED TO DELETE 4 AND INSERT THE 1414326

Usually a FLEN of "0" would be OK. It's a valid point to change it to "4" and also "11".
As the link can make calls, you could remove the DSC and provide a ACD queue or a Phantom and either NCFW or DCFW it with the ACOD added in?.
