where is the programming "max value of ni 2 cbc service routes

Pls help . I am trying to remove the cbct in my switch. I get a sch error telling me to Reduce the Max Value of NI-2 CBC Service Routes first

This is under MAX in the service route. There is also a MIN.

the sch code was sch0057 reduce max value of ni 2 CBC sevice routes before removing trunks.
I had changed max to 1 (wont allow 0) in the service route and was able to remove all trunks but 1 . I am trying to find where the max ni 2 service routes database is changed. It must be in ld 15

Maybe set CBCR to no in the service route
