Where is the Pagemaker panel in CS3?

In CS2 there was a window/palette something that you could have open that had this great option to select a smaller or larger A that would enlarge different sized type at the same time. Does anyone know if this is available and where it is in CS3?

It seems that the keyboard command is so much easier and quicker.

Yes I know but for certain circumstances I really liked the button, do you know if the button is still there?

...in CS3 it is under window > object and layout > command bar..
