I have a set for which every outside call that comes in shows a caller ID of XXXX, which must be coming from a set with CLS of NAMD somehow (going off However, I can't find where in this call route that would be happening.
The phone in question is set up sort of like how our friend johnpoole showed here: The call route is this:
Outside caller calls DID 555-1234. Our IDC changes 1234 to 5678. 5678 is an ACD that NCFWs to CallPilot. A CallPilot app does a time-of-day check and, within hours, puts the call through to DN 1234, which is the handset that the XXXX caller ID is showing up on.
The phone with DN 1234 has CLS NAMA, and I can't find anywhere else where a set with CLS NAMD would be coming into play. I guess our CallPilot, via the application, is "calling" 1234, but all our ACIDs for CallPilot have CLS NAMA too.
Any ideas?
