Where about is the mailbox stored in exchange and how to see those email in the mailbox __ is there any easy way to do that.

MAIL BOX IN EXCHANGE 2000

You should have an M:Drive mapping with all folders
If the solution is here, let us know it was helpful so others can benefit from it as too

But the M: drive reports to have 0 bytes in all mail boxes accept Administrator which has about 36 KB. But I have an outlook 2000 setup on exchange as a profile administrator. Is that the reason to have 36KB because of outlook 2000

I guess all clients are using PST files? If the solution is here, let us know it was helpful so others can benefit from it as too

I agree. Sounds like you are using .pst files so all email is "downloaded" off the server on to indivduals desktops.
