Where is the Blackberry Attachement Server Software

I am running BES 3.5 SP2 for Exchange 2000 and I can't seem to find the Attachment Server software anywhere. According to what I can find on the (less than useful) Blackberry site, it should be included in this version of BES. Am I missing something obvious (which is not unusual!)
