Where is the All Users folder in Server 2008???

I need to translate the following script from Server 2003 to 2008. I see Users ---> Public --but no All Users --> Start Menu

What would I need to use for the path in 2008? Thanks!

cdcd documents and settings
cd all users
cd start menu
cd programs
cd mckesson
cd practice partner
"Patient Records.lnk

Nevermind - found it myself lol
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\McKesson\Practice Partner
