Where is SIP Device Capabilities -CHANGE

Hi Guys,
Have installed a Generic SIP User via ATA and Cordless.
It's a Remote site with Mitel3300- Rel.9.0.3.15 on 1st site and linked with VPN. IE all on 1 LAN.

The extn registered and internal voice is fine both ways.

THE ISSUE= When trying to use extn dialling externally MOB/STD/Local (EG-Dial-0)04xxxxxxxx the call rings once externally (mobile end) then disconnects.

I believe it maybe related to the MITEL-Sip Device Capabilities but when i go to this form i can only view and not change any details to do any tests to prove this.

Q=
On Rel.9 can you not alter the SIP device cap?
Or has anyone seen this before or have any suggestions?

Did you install the system because it might be as simple as whoever did created you an admin account that doesn't allow you to access all the forms ( or you are logging in with the wrong account )? You should be able to change the settings. It kind of standard practice for installers when they create an account for a user who is not certified. It allows them to view setting but not alter them. Just a thought.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

I used there login rather than our system login.
Brain farts do happen!
