I don't have the cd myself so you still have to find it yourself, but: There are serveral versions of the BO RK. This is from an article on Technet:
"The Microsoft BackOffice Resource Kit, Second Edition compact disc includes the following administration tools" and in the list is ISMIF.EXE and the 32-bit version.
