Where is CDR output sent

I have enabled CDR to output to a PC on the same LAN as the 406. Where on that PC would I expect to find the CDR output?

i think you will need some software to listen to the CDR port on the PC. you can change the port on the CDR form.

you can also check by running hyperterminal, tcp/ip and select the programmed port (as above) and Ip address of the pc with the delta server running. you should then see the outputs.

If you are using call accounting software (Tapit, etc.) you will also need to install the DeltaServer software found on the Administration "CD" (browse the disk or folder where you have IPO Admin located). Try this link -
