Go to your "Job Definitions" and double click on the job you want. Then goto the Selections tab. It will show you all the files that the backup job will backup.

Thanks. However I should have been a little more explicit in that I was looking for the storage location on the hard-disk. My reasons are that if a directory had already been selected in the job definition, but later deleted on the actual server hard disk, BE still tries to backup the directory that is no longer there - thats what I am assuming as the Job fails each time.
Backup exec stores information on you backup jobs in the following files and locations:
%systemroot%\Program Files\Veritas\Backup Exec\NT\DataBEWINNT7.SCH -- Scheduling info for all jobs
BEWINUI.UNI -- Saved Network Logon Credentials
BEX*.TXT -- Job Logs
JOBHIST.DAT -- Job History Information
JOBS7.DAT -- Job Configuration Information
** This last file is the one with the selection list
SCRIPTS.UNI -- Job Selection Lists
