Does anybody know where the greeting file (xxx.c11) is located on the SD card for a given group mailbox? And what is the naming convention?

I'm trying to upload a greeting I've run through the LVM utility, an Avaya case says this, but it doesn't seem to do the trick:

To transfer the file:
1.
In IP Office Manager select File | Advanced | Embedded File Management.
2.
Drag and drop the file into the appropriate folder on the memory card.
a.
For IP500 v2 systems, it is the System SD\DYNAMIC\LVMAIL folder.
b.
For IP500 systems, it is the LVMAIL folder. LVMAIL\AAG

Is the original WAV file in the correct format? It should be 8kHZ, 16 bit (128kbps), mono and a WAV file.
If you upload it and these settings aren't correct it won't work.

Also what release version of IPO are you using? Anything before R9 might not work for a Voicemail Greeting.

If the file was not in the right format the LVM utility would ignore it and not produce a .c11 file.
To my experience the files should always be put in the system\dynamic\lvmail\aag folder disregaring the type of chassis.
