Where I can found documentation on data model SQL of Arcserve ?

There isn't any such documentation. You can see the schema for yourself by looking at the tables using SQL Enterprise Manager. There are only a handful of tables.

Heh. Yeah, there are few tables. I am currently trying to look through it and build a ASP.NET page that returns files that were or were not backed up for a job.

The database only records files that were backed up. You'll have to compare that with a list of files from some other source to see what was missed. Keep in mind that some directories won't be backed up on purpose. Many of the system directories won't be included in the backup of the disk since they are supposed to be backed up using the system state.
