My system rebooted (due to lack of PG&E power) - and I've lost all my configurations! Neat! I'm trying to rebuild the system and I don't know how to enable the PRI for usage. I have a PRI enabler code (8 digits) and a sticker that says "Key Code:" followed by a 24 digit number. I'm guessing this is it --- but I'm lost!

help! help! help! Thanks! Thanks! Thanks!!

Hey! Better news!!
The 24 digit number is the correct one to enter (breaks into seperate 8digit numbers as I was typing it in). After that, go to HARDWARE, KSU, and CD1 --- then change it to PRI. Some of the settings under this may have to be modified in order match what the local telco is doing with it - but at least the lights are green again!

Now --- how do I get everyone to use this again????

You will have to set up the whole prime and routing tables for dialing out. check out FAQ faq799-1646 on setting up the prime, routing tables and target lines. JerryReeve

All is fixed.... routes are built up, the phones are ringing, voicemail is listening and the hangman has been fired!!

Cheers!
