Where Do You Get Mitel Software Updates?

Where can one find software and firmware updates for Mitel systems?

In my case, we have 3300 ICPs, a MAS 6000 and Ops Man, all installed several years ago. I am told that there are newer versions and that all software updates on Mitel products are free, but I have not been able to find them anywhere on mitel.com or the edocs site.

How does one get these files and their documentation?

Yes but you can get similar arrangements anywhere in the US. I have quite a few knowledgeable customers that are certified and have access to Knowlege Base and software updates from Mitel online.

For whomever it was that said he had no way of knowing the current Mitel Software version, you have but only to got to the Mitel Home page and read any of the marketing material to see what the current versions and features available are.
