Where can I find picture that are actually free for my business website, or very cheap ones? Thanks

Pictures of what?

If I'm looking for pictures of something specific I usually use google images:

http://images.google.com

If you find something that you want to use google will provide you with a link to the original location. It is usually obvious at that point whether or not it is free for public use.

You could try emailing the marketing department of the relevant manufacturer - they will often have stock shots that they will be very happy for you to use if you tell them the context
