You need to build 2 new COT trunks in ld 14 on the XUT card and program those lines to ring on your phone sets

Trying to log back in under that name gave me an error with account. Like it doesn't exist.

What I am trying to do is add 2 incoming lines to a PBX system. All I know is I need to do something in LD16 an LD14 that involves the universal trunk card 7.
Its a used system that was given to us. Basically just want to add 2 phone lines and be able to use the digital phones that came with it. Below is the system version and the card inventory and a stat of 7.

I am new to this, just figuring things out as I go. You ask if I know the route? I think the route used before with the old company was 10 (2 for paging I think)The PRDN how do i tell whats already in place? The company we got this from used a T1 I think...

That part you posted from LD 60 is on the TMDI in Loop 2, youu need to program your new lines on the card in slot 7. The PRDN is usually the phone number, if you know thw nphone num,ber of the lines you can use the last 4 digits of the line to make it easy to remember.

If the T1 is not used you can take that programming out too

Thanks reusser, i'll try this out as soon as i can. only question is ACOD you say non-did number how do i determine that. I think there are ACOD6010? and ACOD6011 paging/transfer I think...(i have a attendant console also 2250, if that matters)
Also are there more steps after the ld16 and ld14 or are these two my main focus for now?
