Where do I get this toolkit please ?

Hi,
I have been using Visual Basic 6.0 to develop custom applications for the last 2 years. Now a client of mine needs an iPAQ 3600 series Pocket PC to be programmed with a custom program. I understand that I have to install Windows CE Toolkit for Visual Basic 6.0 in order to develop application for the Pocket PC using VB. I have tried in vain to locate the tool from Microsoft website.

Please guide me on where I can get/download this toolkit.
