It should be on the top of the server.
You can also get it from the CLI.
"show hardware" is the command.

Thanks - but the SN I found doesn't work when I register for licenses.

what kind of licensing are you registering? DLUs?

You need the MAC address of the main NIC not the serial number. Again it is at the top of the server or you can look up one of the existing licenses in license file upload and copy the hostid
