Where do I find the package and deployment wizard for Access 2000?

I have looked all over the place. Does anyone know what MSDN cd the office developer's toolkit is on? I've tried #0743 and installed the tools (not even sure if this is the right cd!) and when I open the addin's in 2000 there are no add in's listed. I'm getting desperate... Any help is very much appreciated!!

For Office 2000 (and therefore Access 2000), you have Disk 1 of Office 2000 Developer - is that what you need? The folder on the CD that you may need is "odetools\v9\accessrt".
