Where do I find device packages for 4.3.3

Hi,
I am new and learning AIX. I have a RS/6000 7043 system and running 4.3.3. My ultimate goal is to install an external tape device using an ADAPTEC 2940 Ultra Wide SCSI Host Adapter (It works on NT system) The problem is when running cfgmgr and during system boot the system recognizes the device but can't find the devices.pci.04908778 or devices.pci.04907887 filesets. I have searched everywhere for this device driver but no luck. Does anyone have clue where I can locate this fileset for this adapter? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reference to the support website, it has been very useful. I downloaded and updated to latest maintenance level and here were new devices.pci filesets but not the one I needed. I will call the IBM Technical support online to see if they can locate the fileset.
