Where did "marketingtools.avaya.com" site move to?

I am experiencing a problem between two IP Office 406v2 systems and the error is of the type mentioned in the following thread:

However, I am not able to follow that url in the thread. Looks like the site is broken? I need to also download troubleshooting documentation for IP Office, which I can't seem to find.

Call/Events/Call Logging
