Problem: When using Windows Explorer with Folders "View" enabled, the folders pane is blank. Toggling the Folders button from the tool bar will show/hide the pane, but there is never anything in the pane.

Hardware: Compaq Proliant server ML350 running Windows 2000 Server.

Does anyone know how to correct this? A registry entry? A corrupt dll file? Anyone seen this before?

I stole it and I'm holding it for ransome! Actually, the only time I've seen something like that is due to unreadable media like a blank CD in the drive, but even then it shows up eventually after giving up trying to read the disk. A malicious virus could do something like that.
