Howdy folks,
Having an issue with a 9608 set and softkeys.
This is on an IPO 9.0 Service Pack 3.

The customer would like to add commas/pauses to a contact dialing string.
The documentation states there should be a "Pause" soft key that will add
commas to the dialing string that represent a 1 second pause.
The softkey isn't there.
While editing a contact the four softkeys are;
Bksp Save Cancel Clear

Anybody else run into this?

We've tried several keys on the keypad, but none will add a comma.
We need a pause to add a Telco required long distance auth code.

Anybody have a work around?

Well, if you have analog trunks, the point is moot, won't work.

If you have PRI or SIP, create the entry directly in the directory, or create a SC containing the sequence.

@yankblan
This is a PRI.
This are for individual contact lists ... per user.
Valid workaround, but I'm not up for creating that many short codes for a feature that is supposed to exist.
