We are having a problem with PRI configuration and can't figure it out. I would love to have someone come into our office to get this straightened out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
You can try your local phone company. Many of the larger regional Bell Co's offer Customer Premisys Equipment type services on the switches, PBXs, etc. CPE services will be offered through their Business Services Dept. You may have to make a couple of phone calls to get to the right place. Also, look in the phone book under telephone equipment. There are many private enterprises that offer CPE services on switches.
You can contact a reputable company that I work for from time to time who can do remote diagostics and technical support. They are a Nortel distributor and if you don't already have one, they also offer maintenace contracts. Being a Nortel distributor, they have Nortel's technical resources as back-up.
