i search the cisco.com,and can't find the file win-OS-Upgrade.2000-2-3.exe

does work either?

You got to have a CCO username & password to download these files, or contact your reseller fo a set of demo cd's.

I assume you are trying to install CCM 3.3 on a non MCS using the registry hack. It appears that win-OS-Upgrade.2000-2-3.exe has been removed from CCO and replaced with win-OS-upgrade-K9.2000-2-5.exe. I have tried using this new service pack prior to installing CCM 3.3 and the result is it dosn't work. The OS reports it is running service pack 4 however when CCM is installing it errors reporting that Service Pack 3 is required. The best way to to solve this is try and source win-OS-Upgrade.2000-2-3.exe from somewhere then install CCM and then upgrade using win-OS-upgrade-K9.2000-2-5.exe. The alternative is to beg borrow or steal an MCS!!!
