Where are people getting to this VDN from?

I am somewhat new to the Telecom world (6 months). We have recently restructured some of our call queues, and we have a VDN (2318) that people are still getting to somehow. I have it routing to the new vector, but I have gone through all of our call menus and vectors and cannot find how people are getting routed to this VDN. Any help would be much appreciated.

If 2318 has been known for some time, perhaps users are transferring callers directly without going through a menu.
Could there be a DID people are calling from the outside? In CM, check the incoming call handling. If you are using SIP trunks, you can check the Adaptations in System Manager.

2318 could be assigned to a variable, which would make it a little more difficult to find. The vector step would be "route-to number [variable] ..." instead of a specific extension.

VDN Variables are V1 through V9 and are assigned on page 3 of the VDN form. System Variables can be A through Z, then AA through ZZ and values can be assigned either as part of a vector (set AA = none add 2138) or via the Change Variables command.

You can use 'list usage digit 2318' to see if that is programmed in a variable.

You could also check the uniform dialplan table to see if 2318 is being routed to in there.
