Where are cubes stored - I am trying to connect using a 3rd party tool

Hi

Can someone please tell me where SQL Analysis services CUBES are stored. I am trying to coonect to my cube using Crystal Objects Analysis, no luck. An option to to report off a .cub file. I assume I can then navigate to it, and report off it that way. but I have done a search and cannot find it. Any suggestions would help.

Hi,

Cubes are stored in Analysis server. But by default they are not stored as .cub file. .cub is offline cube file. There are number of applications available through which u can create .cub file.
MDX sample application can also be used for creating offline cubes i.e. .cub file
