Where is the memory dump file/s?? My C drive just filled up where an hour ago it had almost a GB free (but I have a GB of RAM so I'm thinking the memory dump file is the space hog)

Did your machine crash in the time from having 1G free to now? It will go to the C drive. It will have a .dmp extension and I think it will be called memory.dmp.

Yeah, I found the file but I can't delete it? I am in safe mode but it is saying the file is in use? It is taking up about half a Gig.

Problem solved... I went into system properties into Startup and Recovery and turned off the memory dump feature and it freed up that file to delete. Thanks for your help.
