But When user hangup the phone, suddenly phone ring again. Co line callback again.

Thanks...

What LG -Nortel system do you have? What s/w (software)is loaded?. Check the s/w byt pressing the [TRNS/PGM] button and 72.
Post the result here in this forum.
Is it ISDN CO lines or Analog lines?
Is it analog telephones or LG keyset?

Dear Doktor;

At all System sw, it doesnt matter.
- GS84P-37Df
- 90P-C8Ci
- 30P-C8Ci

Analog CO lines
Analog telephones

Thanks

Hi

We had earlier a problem with CSLIBE for the ipLDK-100/300.
Maybe you can use the info below?

There has been some difficulties with the CSLIB12E (12 analog station numbers). No dialtone was available, or a high annoying sound was also heard.
If an ipLDK-100 or 300 was installed with more than one cabinet, then, after a power loss or restart, there could be no dial tone or a high annoying tone.

If you are running ipLDK-100/300 in s/w 3.7 or 3.8, which is the minimum s/w for the KSU, then you should upgrade your CSLIB12E to firmware version: 1.0Ca (gs30i10ca).

Also check your grounding. It is very important to have a good grounding, also use the ferrite cores for all power cables and lines (both station lines and CO lines).
Let me know, if you need more information...

It could also be a problem with your hook flash timers.

PGM182 BTN 2:
SLT Maximum Hook Flash Timer (100msec base).
PGM182 BTN 3:
SLT Minimum Hook Flash Timer (10msec base).

These should be set according to your local telephony providers recommendations.

I guess that it goes for all ipLDK systems:

- GS84P-37Df -> This is ipLDK-20
- 90P-C8Ci -> This is ipLDK-50/100
- 30P-C8Ci -> This is ipLDK-300

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Did you also have this fault with ipLDK-20 in s/w 3.8?

Please tell me what boards you use for:
Analog CO lines: LCOB/LCOB8/CLCOB4/CLCOB8 - ?
Analog telephones SLIB24/SLIB48/SLIBII/CSLIB12E -?

Hi
Frist of all thanks for your relation.
Brife explain for you;
?t's not about CSLIB12E, all of them are SLIB12E.
I also thought the same, about hook flash timers. But we try it all (800-100,700-100,800-50,800-10...ext.)
As previously described as at all ipLDK systems and all SW we have this poblem.
I've never try use the ferrite cores for all power cables but i use it both station lines and CO lines. But it doesnt work.
So, there's no problem about our other systems.(meridianOPT11-C,siemens..ext) Maybe its about System SW.
We have to find a solution about this callback problem.

I would recommend to reset one system totally and initiate it with an eurpean country code like United Kingdom/Great Britain (GB), Norway (NW), Sweden (SW) or Denmark.
I have tried all these and I have not heard about this issue.
If you use these country codes by default (not changing anything - like timers), you MAYBE can have solved your issue.
Using the country code GS, which is the General Standard, you are using the settings for Korea.
Unless your location is Korea, I think that you should change your country code to the mentioned ones, or for your own country.
1.
If you change the country code, your database will be lost.
(So take a small system for this test)
2.
Describe the H/W in e.g. one of yor ipLDK-100 more detailed:
What is installed in SLOT 1-12.
3.
Please tell me what boards you use for:
Analog CO lines: LCOB/LCOB8/CLCOB4/CLCOB8 - ?
4.
Use grounding and ferrite cores in a system to sse of this helps.

If your other PBX systems in your country works fine with analog CO lines and anlog phones, it could have something to do with signalling between the CO (PSTN network) and you r LG PBX. Check that signals like clear forward and clear backward exist, and also end-of-selection.
This does not have to be checked if you - just by changing the country code - solved your issue.

Hi again

You could send a back-up from one of your systems to me for analysis. Remove password in PGM 162 before you make the back-up. Then see my data in this link.
I would prefer a back-up for one ipLDK-100. (90P)

Hi again

i understand, but i try all of card configration on the systems. Also i try the cards various locations.
But we does not try it an other country code.

I'll try it.

Thanks...

By the way could you analyse the system?

No problem, I can analyse the system. Just make a back-up and send it to me.

I can see that your seetings are like this in the data base, that you sent to me:

PGM182 BTN 2:
(in the PC program it is indes 37).
SLT Maximum Hook Flash Timer (100msec base).-> 700 msec (7)

PGM182 BTN 3:
(in the PC program it is indes 37).
SLT Minimum Hook Flash Timer (10msec base). -> 200msec (20)

I think that you need to check with your local settings.
In my country these timers are set to:

PGM182 BTN 2:
(in the PC program it is indes 37).
SLT Maximum Hook Flash Timer (100msec base)-> 200 msec (2)

PGM182 BTN 3:
(in the PC program it is indes 37).
SLT Minimum Hook Flash Timer (10msec base). -> 50msec (50)

Try to change these settings.

///doktor

Sorry!

The last one was not correct! Change to:

PGM182 BTN 3:
(in the PC program it is indes 37).
SLT Minimum Hook Flash Timer (10msec base). -> 50msec (5)

///doktor

Have you tried to change the settings in PGM141/142:

PGM142 BTN 12
CO Flash Timer set to 10 (now it is -> 50)

PGM142 BTN 13
Open Loop Detect Timer set to 10 (now it is -> 0)

If these tests fail you need to:
1.
Set the country code to e.g. England.
Test again. If it failed:

2.
Contact your distributor/importer in your country.
His engineer will nedd to make on-baord traces from the
LDK PC ADMIN sub-program named: Remote Diagnostics
From this program a "live trace" can be recorded.

3.
Let me hear about your progress!

///doktor

Just a few questions more..

Did this issue happen with s/w 3.7 for the ipLDK systems?
Is this problem seen with all analog phones?
Also on digital phones (keysets)?

I saw from the back-up that you had enabled CIDU in PGM185 to see the callers number with incomming calls.
Try to remove CIDU in PGM185 - for test!

& let me hear about your status.

Hi

Depending of the nature of the specific extensions' business i.e. Telesales or say if they only make calls and do not need to transfer to any extension then you could set...

PGM: 111 F: 15 (ON)

SLT Flash Drop
If this value is set to (ON), CO Call is dropped by pressing [FLASH] button or valid Hook Flash.

or

PGM 112 F: 22 (ON)

BLOCK BACK CALL for SLT
To prevent unattended recalling, 1st CO line will be disconnected if SLT seize 2nd CO line with FLASH.

Remember: Try these commands only if the extensions do not need to transfer calls.

Hi yalcinatasever

From the back-up the programming referred to by Chjppie is set to NO/OFF for both:

PGM: 111 F: 15 (ON) -> this is set to OFF in the back-up.

SLT Flash Drop
If this value is set to (ON), CO Call is dropped by pressing [FLASH] button or valid Hook Flash.

or

PGM 112 F: 22 (ON)-> this is set to OFF in the back-up.

BLOCK BACK CALL for SLT
To prevent unattended recalling, 1st CO line will be disconnected if SLT seize 2nd CO line with FLASH.
