When sysprep is run on a new system, the new admin account doesn't....

...have admin rights when not logged into the domain. Why is this? Are there any ways to fix this?

Also, a second, quick question. Where can I find the Registry setting for modifying printer driver settings? Specifically, things like print quality, # of trays in a printer.
