When published on web parameter with multiple values does not work

I have a report which has a parameter with multiple values (string). When I test it on crystal report desginer I can add multiple values for the report and runs correctly. When I publish this report on the web (Crystal Enterprise) this parameter behaves like a single select parameter. Please can anyone tell me how I could make this parameter behave like a multi value parameter on the web.

How are you calling the report on the web? (ePortfolio, custom code, ..?)

Which CE version?

--> It does not let me add multiple filter values, just only one filter value can be entered.

The report is published through Crystal Enterprise.

Crystal Reports version I use is 8.5.0.217
Crystal Enterprise version is 8

It is called via link on intranet. I believe Crystal Enterprise is used.

Ah.. there is a special way to send multiple values for a parameter via URL.
