when printing emails leftmost character is missing

I have a user who is using Outlook and she is printing her emails. When she prints them the leftmost character is missing all the way down the page. I have reinstalled the printer driver and I know they are the correct ones because everyone else who has them isn't having this problem. I have reistalled Outlook. Still the same problem. And I do not see anything in the printer properties or in outlook that can change the margins or fix it in any way. Does anybody have any ideas? Thank you very much in advance for your help!

I changed the user to a different printer and the problem went away. No other users of the previous printer have the problem so you don't need to answer this.

Sorry too late, but most likely the page format settings had left margin too close to the edge for that printer. Assume it looked OK in print preview.
