Hi there,

When I press "Headset" key, my IP 2004 set acts as "HandsFree". So now I can't use a headset.

Here is my TNB:

Could anyone tell me what parameter I should modify? Thanks in advance.

in the phone options on the set, not software, what is the default on-hook path?, needs to be headset, not hands-free

Thanks bigindian65.

Just check it. It was/is "headset".

Now the headset is connected but not working.

check the sill things, in the headset jack, not handset? headset light on? Try it with HAND set in and out of the craddle. (I have these type issues with ACD sets that are 2004)

Thanks again.

I unpluged and re-plug in the headset cable, and it was working.

It could be the connection problem.

Thanks.
