When my partner system is called you hear the automated attendant first then a "transfering to receptionist" message before it rings for anybody to answer. How do I prevent this. I just want the call to ring directly at any extention. Thank you.

Sounds like your voicemail hunt group is not programmed correctly. Make sure that the only stations assigned to hunt group 7 are the voicemail extensions. Brian Cox
