When installing Brightstor 11.5, Standard DB or SQL?

Hello,

I will be installing Brighstor arcserve in the next couple of days, and was just wondering if anybody had a preference towards using the standard arcserve database or the SQL database option. Are there any advantages or disadvantages to using one or the other?

Sorry no time to give details but it is MS SQL all the way.

In ARCserve 12 VLDB has been replaced by MS SQL Express.

I spent 2 years with VLDB and suffered DB corruption on a number of occasions, moved to SQL and have had no issues now for over a year. SQL is the better more resiliant and stable option.
