I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO ADJUST THE SPEED IN WHICH I SCROLL. RIGHT NOW IT SCROLLS WAY WAY TO FAST. IS IT POSSIBLE TO CONTROL THE SPEED? PLEASE ADVISE.

THANKS IN ADVANCE.

Hi there,

usually it's a setting in Control Panel --> Mouse and there should be a "Wheel" TAB in there that specifies how many lines etc it scrolls at anyone time.

Is that what you mean...or is it moving too fast when you press on the arrow down button below the scroll bar in Word?

Cheers,
K

Hi K,

Actually when I go to copy and paste a paragraph in word, I highlight a paragraph and then it scrolls down real fast while highlighting everything on the page. I don't touch the arrows at all.
Is this strange or WHAT???

LuckyPenny,
A lot of people (me included) have trouble selecting using the mouse. I find it much, much easier to use shift + arrow keys. Try that. For most any programs. confusedlady

Do you always have this problem? Sometimes it happens on my computer so I shut down completely, re-boot and it is better. Worth a try.
